Due to the limited number of participants that we can accommodate in this event, the following Cancellation Policy applies:

1. 1. The refund will be complete if the cancellation is made thirty (30) days before the event
2. 2. Partial refund (50%) if the cancellation is made fifteen (15) days before the event.
3. 3. There is no refund if the cancellation is made fourteen (14) days before the event.
4. 4. Payment must be made 100% before starting the workshop.
5. 5. Important: If for reasons of force majeure the person who has registered cannot attend, Arka-Events accepts the possibility that the place may be transferred to another person. The communication of this type of transfers will be accepted up to eight (8) days before.
6. 6. Seven (7) days before the event, neither the transfer nor the refund of the money will be accepted by application of clause 3.0.
